Sin-Wang (PhD, SFHEA, FRSA) is Director of Impact and Innovation and Director of Research at the International Education Institute, University of St Andrews. Concurrently, he is Professor, Head of Evidence Synthesis, and Chair of Research Ethics at the National Institute of Teaching in England. In a visiting and adjunct capacity, Sin-Wang is Professor at the Education University of Hong Kong and Anaheim University in the United States, having (had) other visiting and adjunct appointments at universities in England, Singapore, and United Arab Emirates. Sin-Wang is named a Top 2% Scientist in Education, according to the "Elsevier-Stanford List" released in October 2023.
