Michael Oakes is the services product manager for RM. His role is working with service teams to implement new technologies successfully in trusts and schools. Michael has worked in education technology for 20+ years, supporting customers in assessing, designing, deploying and embedding technology into schools. Michael has previously been vice-chair of governors at a local primary school and is a certified change manager.
