Since joining the trust in 2013, Victoria has been instrumental in developing and leading its financial strategy, ensuring transparency, sustainability, and value for money across all operations. A member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW), she brings deep expertise in financial governance and risk management. Her work supports the trust’s mission of creating remarkable schools where no child is left behind.
