Tanya Kerensky is Deputy HR Director for United Learning, a large trust with 95 academies and 15 independent schools around the country. Tanya has responsibility for the HR business partner team, HR policies, and sits on JNC. Before joining United Learning 10 years ago, she worked for the education consultancy Judicium and qualified as a solicitor in employment law.
