Richard Bright has 21 years' experience of working with children and young people in both mainstream secondary schools and special educational needs schools.

Richard leads on the development of technology across New Bridge MAT, including their 1:1 iPad initiative, the computing curriculum, qualifications and accreditation, photography and video promotion, and assistive technology and accessibility. In addition, Richard works alongside the executive team and school leaders in supporting employer engagement within the digital sector, and aspirational destinations.

Richard leads on staff training across the New Bridge MAT and has delivered presentation talks across the country and has recently led on winning the Global Inclusion Award from the IFIP for Inclusion with Technology.

Richard is passionate about the power technology can have in providing opportunities to engage learners in a wide range of ways, enhance teaching and learning, and transform the lives of young people with SEND.
