1 Breakout sessions: Series two

How do we come together? Building a cross-sector children's workforce

This workshop explores what it would take to build more coherent and connected systems around children and young people over the next decade. We will introduce the children’s workforce as a way of understanding the roles and systems shaping outcomes across education, health, early help and community settings. Drawing on emerging ideas and shared experience, participants will reflect on how the workforce currently operates and will identify opportunities to strengthen collaboration and connection across roles, organisations, and local areas. Ideal for trust and system leaders working across inclusion, partnerships, and place-based strategy.
