Joanna is the lead governance professional for Red Kite Learning Trust; a school trust of 16 schools serving over 10,000 children and young people across north and west Yorkshire. Joanna joined the central trust team in 2020, initially specialising in policy and process development for school admissions and data protection. Prior to moving into the education sector, Joanna worked in international retail, with a background in centralised service and change management.
