Judith Kidd has worked as a senior leader for Dixons Academies Trust for over 15 years. She now leads Dixons Centre for Growth, home of Bradford Research School. Judith works nationally on developing talent and on evidence-informed leadership, in particular, effective development and implementation. Judith has supported hundreds of schools in the North of England to re-imagine their leadership of change.
