Adrian Ball joined the 39-school Diocese of Ely Multi-Academy Trust as Chief Executive Officer in 2019, bringing substantial experience in driving transformational change in education settings across the east of England. Since joining the trust, the number of schools rated as good or better by Ofsted has doubled, with further improvements seen across all academic measures. Adrian is dedicated to ensuring high-quality, effective, and sustainable education is provided to every child through the Christian-based ethos and values of the schools in the trust.
