Emma is responsible for the teaching strategy across the Star Academies schools. Having worked at Star for over six years, she has a passion for serving the schools and communities within the Star family. She firmly believes the best way to guarantee that every pupil has the best education, is to ensure all teachers have high quality professional development. This professional development must be bespoke, which is why Instructional Coaching is the bedrock for developing expert teachers and support staff at Star. Emma joined Star after being a senior leader/head of school, at a large multi academy trust for almost a decade.
