Emma Duffy is a Senior People Partner at Edwin People and a Chartered Member of the CIPD, with over nine years’ experience in education HR. She holds a Master’s degree and has worked both internally within school trusts and as an external strategic HR adviser to schools and trusts. Emma’s experience includes advising on complex employee relations matters, large-scale organisational change, TUPE and trust mergers, organisational design and senior recruitment. She has supported trust leaders through significant change programmes and has delivered high-profile recruitment campaigns across the education sector. Her work also includes developing and delivering training and providing HR advice and guidance to a range of stakeholders, including school leaders, executive teams and trust boards.
