Tracy Goodyear is Director of Teacher Development at The Mercian Trust, which serves approximately 10,000 students across Sandwell and Walsall in the West Midlands. Tracy is also the Founder and Chair of the Trust-Wide CPD Leaders' Forum, a professional network dedicated to supporting colleagues leading CPD at scale. The Forum's members now serve more than 700,000 children across the UK by improving the quality and access to professional learning. Tracy is a mentor at The Social Mobility Foundation and an Assessor and Founding Fellow of The Chartered College of Teaching. She started her career as a secondary English teacher.
