TP deliver a national service via our local branch network, working with over 6000 schools and 13,000 educators annually, and in partnership with 200 trusts. We support schools and trusts in developing a flexible workforce to improve educational outcomes, providing efficiency and value for money through our talent management and planning services. We help schools and trusts implement their people strategies and achieve their objectives by supporting with long term and permanent positions, supply cover, specialist SEN support, intervention and tuition, and growing your own Teachers through our Future Teacher Programme.
