Sukwinder Bassi is a School Resource Management Adviser (DfE) and senior executive with 20+ years’ leadership as CEO, COO and Senior VP across UK and international education, charities and commercial organisations. He has led large-scale transformation, strengthened governance and financial sustainability (budgets to £1.5bn), and supported more than 150 schools and trusts to align resources with outcomes. Previous roles include CEO at GEMS Education (UAE/Africa) and regional leadership at AET, Tesco and Adidas.
