
Siân Wicks
CEO, ERIC
Siân has recently been appointed as new CEO ERIC. She brings both clinical and commercial experience, having spent more than 40 years in the health, social care, and education sectors. She previously served as chief executive officer of two hospices notably Haven House babies' children’s and young person's hospice. She continues as Chairman of the Board for Achieving for Children Ltd. She has held executive and chief nurse roles in the independent mental health, specialist education and adult social care sector, in addition to her clinical expertise with neonates, children and young people.
Passionate about making a difference, she has devoted her career to improving outcomes for children and young people and brings with her a strong network of connections in the children’s health, education and social care spaces.
