Phillippa has spent two decades working with education, government and business leaders to improve data-driven decision-making. She is the founder of two free schools in England and the leader of the team at Arbor Education responsible for bringing on 7,000 Schools and 500 MATs across Arbor, ScholarPack and Integris. She is also a non-executive director of an online school for autistic students, and an advisor to numerous scale up software companies.
