Olivia D Hinds wears many hats in the education governance space and beyond. As the creator and host of The Governors' Podcast, a co-opted governor in a selective secondary school, and a member of the Joint Advisory Education and Safeguarding Group for a medium-sized multi academy trust/foundation in Birmingham, Olivia is deeply committed to championing diversity, wellbeing, and personal growth. Since 2016, Olivia has embarked on a transformative governance journey, from corporate governance training to entering the education governance boardroom; starting as a school governor in the chair role at the age of 23 (October 2017). With over a decade of experience as a sought-after private tutor and student coach, she brings a wealth of expertise to her roles, advocating for the voices of the younger generation in all her endeavours.
