Nicola has over a decade of experience in the education sector. Her previous roles include serving as Head of Data at Ormiston Academies Trust and The Active Learning Trust, alongside tenure as a Senior Business Officer at Ofsted. Nicola’s career began in a practical, hands-on environment as a Data Manager at Ely College. Her interest in the sector’s inner workings began while completing her MSc dissertation, which explored market forces within the education sector.
