Mark advises schools and edtech organisations on responding to national frameworks and regulatory expectations, with particular expertise in safeguarding, AI, and digital strategy. He is the author of best-selling books including The EdTech Playbook, co-founder of the Global EdTech Awards, and Head of Education at NetSupport. He is also a Founding Fellow of the Chartered College of Teaching and sits on the BCS Schools and Colleges Committee.
