Julie Hiddleston is Chief Education Officer at Rivers C of E Multi-Academy Trust, leading the trust’s education strategy and school improvement work. She is committed to securing strong outcomes through clear vision, disciplined implementation and collaboration across schools. Previously, Julie was Primary Director at GLF Schools, having begun her trust leadership journey as an executive headteacher of five outstanding primary schools. Her career has centred on building high-performing teams and developing leaders who deliver sustained improvement. Julie is passionate about creating opportunity for social mobility through a genuinely inclusive education that never compromises on high expectations.
