Izzi Dorrian is Director of Ecosystem Partnerships at Arbor Education and a qualified education solicitor with a career dedicated to systemic school innovation. She was the Founder of Habitude, a workflow automation platform acquired by Arbor in 2025, and previously founded two of London’s leading creative 16-19 academies: East London Arts & Music (ELAM) and the London Screen Academy (LSA).
