Diane is Director of Estates and Facilities at Orchard Hill College & Academy Trust (OHC&AT), a specialist college and trust meeting the needs of over 3000 leaners ages two - 25 years of age with a range of needs. Diane is involved in the strategic management of the estate and the planning of challenging projects. Diane provides guidance to ensure future site development meet OHC&AT’s long-term goals for growth and student success. In her role, she manages the suitability and safety of all 23 sites ensuring that facilities meet the needs of staff and students, addressing any areas where improvements may be needed to meet DfE design standards for SEND, and functionality, safety, or modern educational standards.
