Berni Moorcroft is the Director of Inclusion for Humber Education Trust. She has worked in special education for over 35 years and is passionate in her desire to ensure the best provision for children and young people with learning difficulties. She was the Headteacher of Tweendykes School for 16 years and worked with the team to ensure that the needs of all pupils, however complex, were met, ensuring that the school gained outstanding Ofsted judgements on four consecutive occasions. Berni works centrally for the trust, training staff to have the confidence to deliver curriculum models which meet the needs of pupils in both mainstream and specialist schools.
