Ben Dobbs is the Director of Technology and Insights at Archway Learning Trust. After a decade teaching mathematics, he transitioned into a leadership role where data drives impact. Recognising that Archway was rich in data but faced challenges in harnessing it at scale, Ben spearheaded the development of a comprehensive data warehouse and reporting suite. This innovation simplified data collation and automated the analysis, enabling leaders to focus on transforming insights into improved student outcomes. As a result, visible transparent data has spurred robust conversations around the validity of our data, setting Archway on a journey towards a standardised curriculum and assessment approach that benefits all students.
