Born in Yorkshire but with deep ties to his Scottish family roots, Andrew grew up in the West Midlands and Melbourne, Australia. Andrew spent time working in the live entertainment industry as a technical project manager, supporting the lighting infrastructure and logistics for world wide concert touring productions, prior to entering teaching following his PGCE at The University of Warwick.
