With over 20 years of dedicated experience in Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) leadership, Amy Marsh is passionate about creating nurturing, stimulating, and high-quality learning environments that give every child the best possible start in life. Amy supports her school based nurseries to focus on bridging the gap between early years and primary education to ensure seamless transitions for young learners. She believes that strong early intervention and a play-based, language-rich curriculum are fundamental to narrowing the disadvantage gap and unlocking long-term academic and social success.
