Alison is Director of the CLF Institute and Five Counties Teaching School Hubs Alliance and a member of the executive leadership team of Cabot Learning Federation. Alison is a Fellow of the Chartered College of Teaching and Chair of Team SW. She leads the Five Counties ITT Steering Group and is a member of the TSH Advisory Board for ITT.
