This includes building surveying, cost consultancy, contract administration and project management services. We support our schools with a wide range of building projects ranging from condition surveys, strategic estate planning, repairs and maintenance, space and masterplanning, extensions, alterations and refurbishments through to the construction of brand new buildings. We also offer our school clients funding consultancy. This includes the Condition Improvement Fund (CIF), LCVAP, CIL, Lottery and School Capital Funding Allocation (SCA).
