Warren Carratt was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Nexus MAT in April 2016 and was brought in to establish the trust and develop its strategy and operating model. Since its founding in June 2016, the trust has grown under Warren’s leadership as a civic structure across South Yorkshire and the East midlands, and reached the finals of the National Governance Association Outstanding Governance Awards twice, winning the "outstanding vision and strategy” category in 2017.
