Sara-Jayne is the National Lead of Research and Best Practice for Oasis Community Learning. Prior to that she was principal of a large primary school in Manchester and has also held a variety of school leadership roles in Birmingham and London. Sara-Jayne believes passionately that well translated research and evidence based approaches can transform teacher and leadership practices and in turn student outcomes, especially for our most vulnerable pupils.
