Trust narratives: How to harness storytelling to support your strategy
How we tell our story as a trust is as important as the story itself. Compelling narratives can shape identity, build trust and align your community around a shared vision for success. This session will explore how harnessing the power of storytelling can support strategic objectives - from stakeholder engagement and growth to cultural cohesion and reputation management. Tiff and Nick will illustrate how a clear and consistent narrative is key to flourishing as a trust. You’ll have the opportunity to consider the how and why behind the stories you want to be telling, to achieve growth (in every sense as an organisation), strengthen reputations, and enhance stakeholder relationships.
1 Breakout sessions: Series two
Politics, polling and policy: What trust leaders need to know
In this strategic discussion, we will explore how the government's agenda, the rise of Reform UK, and shifting public opinion could shape the education landscape in the years ahead. Drawing on PLMR's Road to 2029 polling and insight from across Westminster, we will examine the trends trust leaders should be paying attention to and consider how they may shape the environment in which we operate. We will also explore why building relationships with political stakeholders across the political spectrum matters and how trusts can engage effectively. Ideal for trust CEOs, trustees and executive leaders.

Unconference: The sessions
This is the hour where anything could happen. Expanding on our Communications Room 101 session from previous summits, we’re giving the floor over to the community to select and discuss the topics that matter most, selected at our pitch session earlier in the day.
