The next phase of trust leadership: Building connected organisations

As trusts mature, the challenge is shifting from building strong individual functions to leading increasingly complex organisations. Drawing on new research across finance, HR, estates and IT, this session explores how leadership across these domains is evolving and what this means for executive teams looking to build more connected organisations. We will examine the capabilities, structures and strategic capacity required as trusts grow in scale and complexity and consider what trust leaders need to do differently in the next phase of trust maturity. Ideal for trust leaders responsible for organisational strategy and development.
