Rebecca joined the trust in March 2026 and leads the HR team. Rebecca brings extensive senior HR leadership experience gained across multi-site and regulated organisations, alongside a genuine interest in the people challenges and opportunities within the education sector.
Rebecca works closely with senior leaders and trustees to shape a people strategy that supports staff to do their best work, with a focus on workforce planning, talent development, and employee engagement. Rebecca is passionate about ethical leadership, equality, diversity, and inclusion, and about creating a supportive, values-led environment where staff feel trusted, encouraged, and able to thrive.
