Erin is a registered mental health nurse with over a decade of experience of supporting large teams and projects in the mental health arena. Having worked for many years in the NHS, supporting staff through the Covid-19 pandemic, Erin now works for one of the largest multi academy trusts, overseeing their national mental health team and the provision of support for pupils and staff. Erin has a special interest in the use of reflective practice in education and alongside her current post, is a director of an amazing non-profit youth work charity - Phase Trust. When she is not talking about the benefits of supervision, Erin can be found taking her therapy dogs on adventures.
