Becci has a background in education software and is technically minded, driving innovation and liking to think outside the box. Her mission is in providing the staff and pupils within her trust, with the best possible services in finance and operations. Becci works with other trusts around financial training, consultancy and coaching and loves helping others develop their skills and passions. Breaking into executive roles in education in her late 20s has presented challenges but she is determined to level the playing field and champion inclusivity and talent.

Becci is a keen sportswoman who enjoys challenging projects both inside and outside of work, and is at her happiest renovating her house with her partner, or spending quality time caring for animals.
